What benefits are generally provided?

DY suggests that families annually provide a minimum of six paid holidays, five paid sick and/or personal days, and two weeks of paid vacation (with one of those vacation weeks being available after six months). A few families provide more paid time off. Some families provide some health insurance coverage, but many families do not. All live-in positions provide room and board and many provide access to a car for both personal and work-related use.
